Highglow Jewelers is an AUTHORIZED DEALER for all the brands listed on this website. All the products sold by Highglow Jewelers are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer international warranty. As one of the oldest and most reputable authorized dealers in Los Angeles, Highglow Jewelers promises an outstanding customer service.

Pricing Policy

In order to comply with most designer and watch company bylaws, Highglow Jewelers does not list prices on its website. We also do not converse the prices via email. To get price quote please either call us at 1-877-556-6113, visit one of our stores, or just submit a Price Quote and one of our knowledgeable staff will provide you with an excellent service.

Manufacturer Warranty

All the brand items sold by Highglow Jewelers will be protected by the manufacturer international limited warranty. The manufacturer warranty is also valid through any other brand authorized dealer in the world as specified in the particular manufacturer warranty detail.

One Year Extended Warranty

Highglow Jewelers may offer one year extra extended limited warranty in addition to the manufacturers’ international limited warranty. Please note that this warranty is not associated with the manufacturer’s limited warranty and is covered ONLY by Highglow Jewelers. This warranty does not cover the cost of any shipping. This warranty is an extension of the original limited manufacturer warranty and will provide the same coverage as the original limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty is not valid without the original invoice. Highglow Jewelers reserves the right NOT to offer this extended warranty to any customer for any or no reason. If this warranty is not applicable your sales associate will notify you at the time of the transaction and your invoice will show no records of the extended warranty.

Payment Methods

DOMESTIC PAYMENTS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (all American Express transactions will be charged an additional fee of 2%), Paypal (we can only ship to the verified Paypal address), money order, personal and business check, and bank wire transfer. If you choose to do money order, personal and business check, or bank wire transfer, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be cleared by our bank. Highglow Jewelers will ONLY ship to the verified address. A “Verified Address” is the customer’s credit card billing address. Buyer will be responsible for their bank fees resulting from bank wire transfers. In order to provide consumer security and protection, all credit cards will be verified by the issuing banks.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We only accept bank wire transfer on all International orders. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend to all international buyers to check with their local office to find out the amount of duties and/or taxes they should pay for their purchase. Buyer will be responsible for any bank fees resulting from bank wire transfers, as well as fees incurred from collections.

16 Days Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges on “returnable” items toward equal or greater value items within 16 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels and plastics attached. Removing the return label attached to the items will void this exchange policy. If it is determined by Highglow Jewelers there is any kind of damage such as scratches, marks, blemishes, or alteration of any kind on the item, item box, booklets, and any additions item (promotional gifts) which came along with the purchased item, we will not accept the exchange, in which case the customer will be liable for all shipping and handling fees for returning the item to him/her. We do NOT accept exchanges on any special orders. All special orders are final sale. Items noted by the “R” icon on the invoice will be exchangeable, and items noted by the “N/R” icon on the invoice will not be exchangeable. We will not refund shipping and handling cost. Any credit toward exchange will be for the item sold price less the actual shipping and handling. Please note: return authorization must be obtained for all exchanges.

16 Days Return Policy

Highglow Jewelers will accept authorized returns ONLY within 16 days from the shipping date. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original labels and plastics attached to the item. Removing the return label attached to the items will void this return policy. If it is determined by Highglow Jewelers that, there is any kind of damage such as scratches, marks, blemishes, or alteration of any kind on the item, item box, booklets, and any additions item (promotional gifts) which came along with the purchased item, we will not accept the return, in which case the customer will be liable for all shipping and handling fees for returning the item to him/her. We do NOT accept returns on any special orders. All special orders are final sale. Any credit or refund will be for the item sold price less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee.

Return Authorization

All customers MUST request for a RA (return authorization) number for any item being shipped to Highglow Jewelers. NOTE: Any package returned without a RA number will be rejected. All returned items must be shipped to us via INSURED MAIL. Sender is responsible for fully insuring the package. Highglow jewelers will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damage packages in transit.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our website or to products purchased from our store shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, CA USA. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of CALIFORNIA. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Shipping

All items are shipped via insured “signature required” shipping services. We will ONLY ship to the verified billing address for credit card transactions. There is No Indirect Delivery. We will not be held responsible for any package lost due to a customer having signed a “signature release form” which would authorize the carrier to leave the package in front of the door. Highglow Jewelers will not be held liable for late packages due to the carrier’s fault or act of nature. If the ordered package does not arrive on the given date, please contact us immediately. Any undelivered items must be reported to us within 48 hours of the promised arrival date. In the case that a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, and thus returned to us, any charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of purchaser.
